Morgan County, Illinois was the first Charters of Freedom setting built in the state of Illinois, in Jacksonville, the hometown of our Co-founder, Mary Jo Patterson. This is the first Charters of Freedom setting to be made of limestone and the fourth overall to be dedicated by Foundation Forward, Inc. The dedication ceremony took place on 5/30/2015.
